After getting our plans from the builder, we decided to see
if we could turn them into a computer model to make them easier to visualize
and also so that we could play around with them and try out different things.
Surprisingly there were not many programmes available that
seemed to offer what we wanted but we did find a rather old one that could be
downloaded for free called Sweet Home 3D. It was a bit buggy but basically did
the job ok.
